Saturday, January 1, 2011 @ 6:51 PMHappy 2011!
Yesterday was half day at the office. Despite that, there were still shits for me to clear -_-.....Went to celebrate New Year's eve at Clarke Quay with Sharon and Nelson. Really people mountain people sea over there..have to sqeeze everywhere we go.. There were performance by the Hard Rock cafe band and Derrick Barry! The one who acted Britney at American got talent show...wonder has the video been posted up on youtube... Oh yeah...here it is... After that performance, we went around looking for clubs that had the shortest queue and fun music. Rebel's queue was too overwhelming, out. Attica, Shanghai Dolly, Pump room and Highlander were full house, out. Zicra's music was house music and trance, out. Indochine is a boring place, out! So in the end, we ended up in Arena, which was not a bad place actually. We stopped partying at around 4am and went out to wait for cabs, which was another nightmare! There were alot of cabs on the road but most of them were hired, on call, change shift and worse, busy but there was NOBODY INSIDE!!! Tried calling for cabs but they were all full. We had to walk away from Clarke Quay to a quieter place to hail for cabs. After all the drama, I reached home at 6am. It was an interesting night with alot of funny scenes. People kena bashed up, couple quarelling and couple fell asleep along the road (snoring as well)! Well, I am happy to close my 2010's history and looking forward to create my history for 2011! back to top? |
